Who we are and scope of this policy
TruVita Health is a wellness and family health companion brand owned by TJVerse. This Privacy Policy applies to the TruVita Health website, waitlist form, contact form, and related marketing pages.
This website is not currently a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, pharmacy, insurer, or telemedicine service. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, TruVita Health is not acting as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate.
- If future features collect app account data, connected device data, reports, or documents, we will update this policy or provide additional notices.
- If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, references to personal information include personal data under GDPR-style laws.
Information we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country, interest selection, message, source, status, timestamps, and related submission metadata.
When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, subject, message, status, timestamps, and related submission metadata. The website may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, pages visited, referrer, security logs, and cookie or similar identifiers if analytics or security tools are enabled.
- Please do not submit emergency requests, detailed medical records, diagnosis files, prescriptions, insurance documents, or highly sensitive health information through general website forms.
- If you choose to include health-related details in a message, we will treat them as sensitive and use them only for the purpose of responding to or managing your request where legally permitted.
How we use information and legal bases
We use submitted information to manage waitlist interest, respond to inquiries, provide launch updates, improve website content, protect website security, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
For EU, EEA, UK, and Swiss users, our legal bases may include consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, compliance with legal obligations, and, where sensitive data is involved, explicit consent or another applicable legal basis under local law.
- You may withdraw marketing consent at any time where consent is the basis for communication.
- We do not use website submissions to provide diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency response, clinical decisions, or medical treatment.
- We do not knowingly use website form data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies, analytics, and communications
The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, sessions, language preferences, form protection, and basic site functionality. If analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking is added, we will provide notices and choices required by applicable laws.
If you join the waitlist, we may send launch updates, product news, or related communications. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications when an unsubscribe or contact method is available.
- EU and UK users may receive cookie choices before non-essential cookies are used where required.
- California users may have rights to opt out of sale or sharing if future data practices meet those legal definitions.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information submitted through website forms. We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, databases, security, analytics, email, customer support, legal compliance, or business operations, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, during a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
- If future services involve connected apps, Apple Health, Google Fit, wearables, payment processors, app stores, or healthcare partners, those parties may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
- We will not intentionally disclose sensitive health-related submissions for advertising purposes without legally valid consent where required.
Retention, security, and international transfers
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including waitlist management, communications, security, recordkeeping, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and product planning.
Information may be processed in the United States, Europe, India, or other countries where TJVerse, TruVita Health, or service providers operate. Where GDPR-style laws require transfer safeguards, we aim to use appropriate mechanisms such as contracts, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer tools.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
- If a legally reportable health data or personal data breach occurs, we will aim to provide notices required by applicable laws, including US health breach notification rules where they apply.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and information about how personal information is used or shared.
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable, and be free from discrimination for exercising rights. EU, EEA, UK, and Swiss users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority.
- To exercise rights, email truvitahealthhq@gamail.com or use the Contact page and describe the request.
- We may need to verify your identity before responding.
- Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, security needs, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.
Children, sensitive data, and medical disclaimer
The website is not directed to children under 13 in the United States or to children below the age of digital consent in the EU, EEA, UK, or other applicable regions. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through general website forms without appropriate consent.
TruVita Health does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and contact emergency services immediately for urgent medical issues.
- Parents or guardians who believe a child submitted information can email truvitahealthhq@gamail.com or use the Contact page.
- Do not submit emergency, clinical, or urgent health information through website forms.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, waitlist, app roadmap, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
For privacy questions, data requests, or legal page feedback, email truvitahealthhq@gamail.com or use the Contact page. Before public launch, this policy should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel for the exact entity, data flows, vendors, countries, and product features.
